Cincinnati Insurance Company, Inc. is seeking a talented individual to join our Commercial Lines team as a Team Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our underwriting team in serving agencies by processing tasks needed in the endorsement issuance process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain an assigned territory to complete work assignments
  • Process e-CLAS endorsements to support agency requests for work comp or package policies
  • Perform basic research
  • Enter motor vehicle reports, as needed
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of e-CLAS manuals, including how to navigate and interpret them
  • Working knowledge of state rating manuals, workbench, and EDM application
  • Ability and willingness to work in a team setting
  • Maintaining a positive attitude
  • Making efficient use of time
  • Demonstrating an acceptable level of attention to detail
  • Ability to develop positive relationships
  • Demonstrating adaptability to new processes and procedures
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with underwriters and associate underwriters
  • Applying problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Utilizing the appropriate communication method for the situation
