Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Coach to join our team at US Leader Restaurants. As an Area Coach, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to our Restaurant General Managers (RGMs) to ensure they meet or exceed their annual operating plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Development: Provide coaching and direction to RGMs and Assistant General Managers (AGMs) to help them achieve their goals and develop their skills.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure that each restaurant meets or exceeds company standards in food safety, product specifications, and facility maintenance.
- Financial Performance: Analyze financial performance and provide feedback to RGMs on ways to drive sales and maximize profitability.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customers receive a consistent and positive experience in our restaurants.
Requirements:
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent Taco Bell/industry experience.
- Experience: 6-8 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Taco Bell performance metrics, product specifications, and management systems. Ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction.
- Travel: Must be able to travel to designated stores and work with management teams on a regular basis.
