We are seeking a friendly and attentive Host/Hostess to join our team at Kalahari Resorts Conventions. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience in our restaurants.

• Welcome guests into the restaurant and assign them tables
• Work with the front of house team to ensure tables are cleaned and accurately flipped in the system
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized dining area

• 1 year of experience in a restaurant or resort setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
