Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Florida specializes in providing comprehensive therapeutic residential and educational programs for children and adolescents.
Position Overview:
This role is centered in delivering therapeutic services to young clients by evaluating their needs and developing tailored, multidisciplinary treatment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents.
- Implement therapeutic interventions in a supportive environment.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
Compensation:
The starting salary for this position is $50,500 annually, with adjustments based on relevant qualifications and experience.

Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, rehabilitation, special education, or a related field is required.
- At least two years of experience working directly with children and families, preferably with those who have experienced trauma.
Work Schedule:
Successful candidates must complete a two-week orientation program, with standard hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Additional Requirements:
- A valid driver's license is necessary.
- Physical demands include walking, sitting, standing, and some lifting.
- Passing pre-employment medical screenings, including drug tests and physical examinations, is mandatory.
Devereux maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for abuse and is dedicated to creating a safe environment for all clients.
