The Good Samaritan Society is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing quality care and service to seniors in a Christian environment.
As a Registered Nurse (RN) with our organization, you will have the opportunity to utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents. You will collaborate with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
We are seeking an experienced RN to join our team at our facility in Estherville, IA. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering compassionate and high-quality care to our residents.
Estimated Salary: $42,000 - $60,000 per year
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing direct patient care to residents, including assessing their physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating the effectiveness of those plans.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including progress notes, medication administration records, and treatment plans.
- Participating in interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care policies and procedures.
- Providing education and support to residents and their families on health-related topics and disease management.

To be eligible for this position, you must have:
- A current RN license in good standing.
