Job Description

The Senior Demolition Supervisor role at Pantano & Sons Inc. involves overseeing the safe and timely execution of our field service, ensuring crew members are managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directing field staff in completing daily operations.
  • Reviewing project scope, evaluating site readiness, and forming a plan of action.
  • Maintaining clear understanding of jobsite safety and instructing/supervising crew members.
  • Performing demo tasks with proficiency.
  • Loading/unloading and properly maintaining equipment and supplies.
  • Driving company vehicles to job sites, vendor facilities, etc.
  • Monitoring crew for attendance, dress, performance, equipment use, and behaviors.
  • Issuing warnings on disregarded policies.
  • Training new/existing crew members on the job.
  • Maintaining effective communication with management, crew, and client.
  • Documenting daily activity for payroll and management reporting purposes.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years' experience in demolition or remodeling, including 2 years as a lead.
  • OSHA 10 or 30 training certification required; EPA RRP certification preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of construction equipment and utilization.
  • Able to organize projects and communicate task sequences.
  • Demonstrated ability to deal productively with clients and overcome challenges.
