Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Upson Regional Medical Center. As a Geriatric Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our geriatric population.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Supervise and teach nursing staff to ensure high-quality care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Currently licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia
  • BLS certification
