Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to mental health crises and provide crisis intervention services to individuals in need.
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to address the individual's mental health needs.
  • Collaborate with community resources and social service agencies to provide comprehensive support to individuals.
  • Provide counseling, guidance, and support to individuals to promote recovery and independence.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to share knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a human service field, including social work, psychology, or counseling.
  • One year of mental health direct care experience, preferably with adults, children, and adolescents.
  • Additional qualifications such as Certified Addiction Counselor (CAC) or CAC eligible status, lived experience in recovery, or experience working with children with special needs are preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer interaction skills.
