LPN - LTC-LPN Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a Long Term Care (LTC) setting. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • A valid LPN license in the state of practice.
  • Minimum of 2 years recent LPN experience in a Long Term Care setting.
  • BCLS certification.
