Job Description

**Job Summary**

SERVPRO of Sumner County is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restoration Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our production crew, you will be responsible for leading our team of technicians in providing top-notch restoration services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Explain restoration processes and answer customer questions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Document and manage iPad applications to ensure accurate and efficient project management.
  • Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate clear expectations to production technicians and supervise their activities to ensure quality control.
  • Perform restoration processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
  • Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers.
  • Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details.
  • Manage and control costs of restoration projects.
  • Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly.

Requirements:

  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Experience in cleaning and restoration preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • IICRC certifications preferred.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
  • Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time.
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals.
  • Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.

Compensation:

Starting salary range: $16-24/hour based on experience, with possibility of overtime pay and increases based on merit.
