Role Summary

The LiRo Group is a prominent firm recognized for its comprehensive construction management, engineering, and architectural services. We are looking for a dedicated professional to enhance our project delivery capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the project team.
  • Maintain current construction documentation by managing Addenda, RFIs, IBs, and other relevant information.
  • Assist inspection personnel in documenting daily construction progress through Daily Reports.
  • Ensure timely upload of 3rd Party Monitoring Reports and Test Results to the submittal exchange.
  • Review 3rd party testing reports and deficiencies promptly with design consultants.
  • Document QA/QC activities and ensure proper filing.
  • Compile ad-hoc reports for the Engineering Inspector and Area Supervisor as required.
  • Monitor the submittal exchange daily to ensure timely reviews by the design team, prioritizing critical submissions.
  • Verify that products match specifications before releasing submittals and notify the Engineering Inspector of any discrepancies.
  • Provide an updated submittal log prior to bi-weekly job meetings, highlighting outstanding and critical submittals.
  • Maintain an organized on-site file of approved submittals.
  • Track open RFIs and IBs efficiently.

Qualifications

All personnel must possess, at minimum, OSHA 30 Hour training. Candidates should be able to pass a criminal history background check. It is preferred that personnel remain assigned to this project throughout its duration.

Strong communication skills and prior experience with OGS projects are essential. Experience working within secure state facilities is highly regarded.

Company Culture

Compensation: Minimum: $70,000 Maximum: $90,000. The range provided reflects the firm's good faith belief regarding the salary for this position.
