Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at Page Material Management LLC. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate reporting of all inbound, onsite & outbound third-party material.

Key Responsibilities:

  • **Inventory Management:**
  • Understand and maintain accurate inventory of customer's product; including cycle counts, physical inventories, barcoding, etc.
  • Ensure all customers and commodity files are updated and accurate in inventory management software
  • Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures
  • Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
  • Responsible for inventory in all warehouse locations

Customer Service:

  • Provide excellent customer service by ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner

Inventory Control:

  • Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent overstocking and understocking
  • Identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies or issues

Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including warehouse staff, sales team, and management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless inventory management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in a warehouse environment

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a warehouse environment with frequent exposure to noise, dust, and other environmental factors
  • May be required to work overtime, including evenings and weekends
