About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team at JKS&K DBA McDonald's. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Diagnose and repair heating, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic devices.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including climbing ladders, working on rooftops, and navigating tight spaces.
  • Repair and Installation: Repair and install equipment, including fryers, grills, refrigerators, freezers, coffee makers, tea makers, microwaves, heated landing zones, heating cabinets, drink machines, and ice cream machines.
  • Travel and Transportation: Travel to various locations within the greater Charleston area, Beaufort, and northern Georgia to perform maintenance tasks.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in maintenance, repair, and installation of equipment and facilities.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to read schematics, and experience with power tools and machinery.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
