Breakfast Attendant Job Description

LTD Hospitality Group is seeking a skilled Breakfast Attendant to provide exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours. This role is ideal for a candidate who is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and committed to ensuring guest needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve daily breakfast bar
  • Greet each guest and ensure they are comfortable and satisfied
  • Set up and maintain the breakfast bar according to brand standards
  • Take inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed for each day
  • Prepare foods such as fresh fruit, coffee, and juices from concentrates
  • Stock coffee, juice, and milk machines or dispensers
  • Set up serving dishes/trays, utensils, cups, and other paper products
  • Clear and clean tables as they are vacated
  • Prepare and set up hot food items
  • Follow menu requirements as provided by the brand
  • Wipe up spills
  • Restock items consistently throughout the breakfast hours and for the next day
  • Wash serving equipment and return to storage
  • Return reusable food supplies to storage
  • Keep the breakfast area clean, including removing trash, cleaning breakfast area and kitchen counters, cabinets, and floors
Requirements:
  • Has a sincere desire to exceed guest expectations
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Flexibility in scheduling
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
