About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer- Land Development professional to join our team in Southeastern Pennsylvania. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and developing private subdivisions and land development projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop private subdivision and land development projects
  • Assist with or prepare various engineering plans and design packages
  • Maintain strong time management and communication skills
  • Familiarize yourself with zoning and regulatory agency ordinances
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred
  • EIT or PE certification preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in private subdivision and land development design
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Hydroflow, and Microsoft Office

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience.
