Audiologist PRN

Evaluate and treat patients with hearing and vestibular disorders to improve communication function and postural stability. Collaborate with the healthcare team to meet patient care, outcomes, and system improvement objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct full diagnostic hearing assessments using appropriate testing methods and equipment.
- Formulate and implement treatment plans to address deficits and patient/family concerns.
- Complete documentation in a timely manner.
- Provide education and consultation to patients, families, healthcare teams, and communities.
- Enhance knowledge of communicative and related disorders.
- Audiology Patient Evaluation: Obtain pertinent information, administer hearing assessments, interpret results, and communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Audiology Treatment Implementation: Develop treatment plans, select interventions, and modify plans as needed.
- Audiology Patient Education: Communicate assessment findings, treatment interventions, and disease processes to patients and families.
- Rehab Therapist Patient Documentation: Document patient information, treatment plans, and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Organizational Impact: Execute job responsibilities with understanding of how output affects other areas.
- Problem Solving/Complexity of Work: Analyze moderately complex problems using technical experience and judgment.
- Breadth of Knowledge: Apply expanded knowledge gained through experience within a professional area.
- Team Interaction: Provide informal guidance and support to team members.
- Certifications: LIC-Audiologist - Tennessee
- Work Experience: 1 year of relevant work experience
- Education: Master's degree
