- Work independently, managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks to ensure seamless care delivery.

- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care strategies.
- Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide other treatments as needed.

- Current RN license in Vermont.
- Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience.
- Prior home care experience preferred, but not required.
