Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician

The Registered Behavior Technician is a vital member of our Applied Behavior Analysis Services (ABA) Department at Life Unlimited Inc. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in a residential community-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized behavior support plans for each person served, as trained by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
  • Collect data using individualized data collection instruments, as advised by the assigned Behavior Analyst.
  • Report progress for each individual served to the case Behavior Analyst.
  • Complete billing documentation within 48 hours of providing services.
  • Maintain supervision requirements as determined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
Requirements:
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have completed high school-level education or equivalent.
  • Be registered with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a current RBT.
  • Experience working with adults with IDD in a residential community-based service delivery model is preferred.
  • Ability to collect data and document services delivered.
  • Current driver's license with an acceptable driving record and access to reliable transportation.
Working Conditions:

The Registered Behavior Technician may be exposed to office/home environments with noises from appliances, telephones, and other occupational noises. The employee may also be exposed to bloodborne pathogens and/or infectious diseases.
