About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Living Coordinator to join our team at Vitalia Active Adult Community at Montrose. As a Senior Living Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and their families, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to residents and their families, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote our community and services, ensuring a consistent and positive brand image.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and community partners, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
  • Stay up-to-date on community events, services, and amenities, providing residents with accurate and timely information.
  • Participate in sales and marketing initiatives, including open houses, community events, and social media promotions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
