Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Supervisor to join our team at Grand River Health & Rehab. As a RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for assessing resident needs, developing individualized care plans, and supervising nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer nursing care and evaluate nursing care
  • Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care
  • Follow health, sanitary, and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice
  • May be required to work as a floor nurse providing direct care and med pass to residents
Requirements
  • Current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN within the state
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions
  • Ability to possess and demonstrate good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers, and community staff in the performance of duties
  • Ability to observe proper safety and sanitary techniques
  • Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position/assignment
