We are seeking a skilled Revit Drafter to join our team in Southlake. This role is ideal for individuals who can work independently with minimal supervision and have excellent problem-solving skills.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $44,000-$55,000 depending on experience.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing food service equipment plans and associated MEPs from sketch format. They will also update reviewed/marked-up drawings into Revit, create Revit worksheets, families, and 3D views, coordinate with A/E project managers, perform site visits as needed, and review and approve shop submittals.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have the ability to sit down and start working in Revit with no training required. Proficiency in Revit certification is preferred but not necessary. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
