We have opportunities available in both Carmichael and Sacramento, CA. Clinic hours will be focused on general gastroenterology procedures which will include regular screenings, and diagnosing and treating patients with disorders of the digestive system, including the esophagus, stomach, liver, gallbladder, pancreas, small intestine, and colon.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and assessments of patients with gastrointestinal disorders.
- Perform diagnostic procedures, such as endoscopies, colonoscopies, and biopsies, to identify and diagnose gastrointestinal conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, which may include medication management, lifestyle modifications, or surgical intervention.
- Monitor and manage patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of a residency program in Internal Medicine.
- Fellowship training in Gastroenterology from an accredited program.
- Board certification or eligibility in Gastroenterology.
- Valid medical license to practice in the state of California.
