Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

In addition to following Epson America, Inc.'s policies and procedures, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Performing repairs on units under direct supervision from management, following written work instructions
  • Inspecting units to determine repairable or non-repairable damage
  • Reading and following written technical service procedures to determine unit performance
  • Inspecting and accurately determining test prints or images
  • Performing firmware upgrades
  • Performing final testing to confirm repair results
  • Accessing and using diagnostic programs
  • Performing data entry tasks using available reporting systems
  • Performing assigned work while maintaining efficiency, yield, and quality standards
  • Accurately maintaining electronic and paper records
  • Supporting depot operations by performing other duties as assigned by management
