We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Homecare team at Intermountain Health. As an RN with Homecare, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of patients' homes, making a meaningful difference in their lives.

Your Role:
You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in their homes. You will utilize the nursing process to deliver care that meets the unique needs of each patient, working autonomously in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- BLS Certification for healthcare providers
- Reliable transportation and an acceptable driving record
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- BSN degree or willingness to obtain within five years
- Two years of experience as an RN preferred
- Previous experience in Acute Care, Home Health, or Hospice setting a plus
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $34.19-$50.73 per hour, based on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, retirement savings plan, and more. Additionally, you may be eligible for up to $337 annual caregiver incentive and a $1,500 referral bonus.
