• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate service as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Utilize a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options, using a needs-based review process.

• Hourly pay plus commission/bonus structure
