Job Summary

$11.00/HR plus Tips

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests in the complimentary breakfast area.
  • Ensure a clean and organized breakfast area, including menus and food displays.
  • Restock and replenish food and beverage supplies as needed.
  • Accommodate special requests and offer alternatives when necessary.
  • Communicate with other departments regarding VIPs and special requests.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including side work duties.
  • Answer questions about the hotel, its services, and local attractions.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must meet the legal age to serve alcoholic beverages and pass a responsible serving course.
  • Must obtain and provide a Food Handlers card.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner.
