Innovative Renal Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). Your expertise will be instrumental in improving the quality of life for our patients and their families.

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and developing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate patient transfers.
  • Conduct patient assessments, identify areas for improvement, and implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.

  • Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.
  • Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience preferred.
