Actalent is seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing on-site coordination for all skilled journey-level Mechanical Installers and their apprentices during different phases of multi-construction projects.

• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding work being performed.
• Communicate with project managers regarding the status of work.
• Supervise all mechanical employees, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Ensure adequate materials and equipment are available for each task.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and compliance with PPE.
• Ability to manage 20 or more mechanical employees.

• Minimum of 10 years verifiable experience specializing in the design and installation of manufacturing systems.
• Understanding of design concepts and system integration in industrial and manufacturing environments.
• Thorough knowledge of building trades.
• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
