We are recognized for our high standards in operational excellence and community engagement.
Work Schedule:
7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Availability to work one weekend every 4-5 weeks is required.
Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Specialist to ensure the upkeep and functionality of our facilities.
Your responsibilities will include a variety of maintenance tasks such as:
- Painting and repairs
- Landscaping and general upkeep
- Conducting preventative maintenance and inspections
- Responding to resident work orders promptly
- Performing manual repairs as needed
- Snow removal during winter months
- Completing maintenance on vacant and ready-to-rent units
A successful Facilities Maintenance Specialist will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while adhering to all safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
