- Monitor and Evaluate Care: Continuously monitor and evaluate patient care services to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Current Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), issued by the PA State Board of Nursing.
- Experience: Two (2) to three (3) years of nursing experience in a primary or specialty care physician's office.
- Certifications: AHA CPR/BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Leadership Experience: Previous lead or supervisory experience in a clinical setting.
