Job Summary

The Regional Float Pool LVN/LPT/LPN provides direct care to members served, responding to their physical and psychological needs according to individual service plans and regulatory standards. This role requires adaptability, working effectively with multiple staff teams and functions, and adapting to various documentation requirements and platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to members served in diverse program types with unique licensing requirements, settings, and populations.
  • Work assigned shifts in Skilled Nursing Facilities in Alameda County, covering Telecare's program needs.
  • Adapt to various documentation requirements and platforms, including psychiatric/mental health, CPR certification, and CPI training.
