Compensation:

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee all store operations.
Engage in recruitment efforts, building a skilled and enthusiastic team.
Provide constructive feedback to cultivate a positive work atmosphere.
Develop employee schedules to ensure efficient store operations.
Manage inventory processes, from ordering to stocking, to maintain optimal supply levels.
Ensure the store remains clean and welcoming for all customers.
Oversee financial responsibilities to drive store success.
Act as the Store Manager in their absence, ensuring seamless operations.
Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old in specified states / 21 years old in others.
Access to a vehicle with liability insurance.
Adaptability:
Willingness to work various shifts and days in a dynamic environment.
Proficient in English with basic mathematical skills.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
Willingness to learn and participate in training programs.
