Assembly Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Assembly Laborer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling components according to product specifications, ensuring high-quality products, and meeting customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare work by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists
• Position parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements
• Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit and fastening parts and subassemblies
• Resolve assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications and notifying supervisors
• Maintain equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements
• Ensure safety measures are followed to protect personnel and company property

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Up to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to identify products that meet quality and productivity standards
• Ability to use hand tools and focus on details to guarantee production of high-quality products
• Ability to read and follow documented procedures and standards
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment to assure delivery requirements

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position with 40 hours of work per week, Monday through Friday. Weekend and overnight work may be required to meet customer demands.
