About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Luxury Beauty Advisor to join our team at Ulta Beauty. As a Luxury Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in our luxury brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize sales in luxury brands by engaging customers and assisting them in selecting and purchasing merchandise.
  • Maintain overall store standards, including cleanliness and replenishment.
  • Represent the image, products, and culture of Ulta Beauty and the luxury brands we support to our customers.
  • Support the Experience Manager through a focus on performance, people, and process.
Requirements
  • Possess a passion for the beauty industry and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Have the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Have strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
