Job Summary

The Accounting Assistant III plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial documents and transactions. This position works closely with the Accounting Manager to support the initiatives and goals of the Billing function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication: Collaborate with all departments, including Accounting, Administration, and Engineering, to ensure open and timely communication. Interface with external parties, such as clients, consultants, and vendors, and respond to inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Compliance and Procedures: Adhere to company procedures, review and investigate errors, and correct inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports. Assist with obtaining and maintaining corporate registrations, licenses, and contracts.
  • Data Processing and Bookkeeping: Record financial transactions, prepare bills, vouchers, invoices, requisitions, and purchase orders, and perform complex reconciliations and comparisons of data.
  • Projects: Lead and contribute to project-based initiatives, adhere to schedules and timelines, and assist in the design and creation of financial reports.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate and distribute reports for regular review and analysis, review and analyze reports, and assist with the processing of accurate and timely year-end reports.
  • Team Support: Assist with related bookkeeping functions, back up other team members, and update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or similar)
  • Five years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance
Work Environment

SESI offers a hybrid work policy, with a regular working schedule aligning with the company's and falling within 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
