Aramark is seeking a skilled Chef Manager to lead our culinary team in Alamosa, CO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and food experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Train and manage kitchen personnel to ensure seamless culinary operations.
- Estimate food consumption and requisition or purchase food to maintain high-quality standards.
- Select and develop recipes to standardize production and ensure consistent quality.
- Establish presentation techniques and quality standards, and plan and price menus to meet customer expectations.
- Ensure proper equipment operation and maintenance, and maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment.
- Oversee special catering events and provide culinary instruction and demonstrations as needed.
- Culinary degree preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of food principles and practices.
- Experiential knowledge of management and problem-solving.
