Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Catheterization Laboratory Registered Nurse. This role will involve providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Provide safe and effective care to patients undergoing procedures in the catheterization laboratory, including administration of moderate sedation, hemodynamic monitoring, and management of critical care infusions.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to devise individualized care plans for patients and ensure seamless communication.
  • Medication Administration: Administer medications and provide treatments according to physicians' orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
  • Education and Support: Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting a supportive and compassionate environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our state.
  • Certifications: Basic life support certification required upon hire, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required within 5 months of hire.
  • Experience: 12-18 months of experience preferred.
