About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Ambassador to join our team at Advantage Solutions. As a key member of our sales-based team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and sales teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer loyalty and retention
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales performance and customer interactions
  • Travel to stores within your designated territory to conduct sales calls and provide support as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of sales or merchandising experience; experience in retail sales a plus
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust and rapport with customers and colleagues
