The Process Excellence Specialist will play a key role in driving this growth by leading and managing successful Continuous Improvement projects.

We offer a competitive salary of $125,000 - $155,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits including medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, voluntary coverage, wellness plan, 401K, etc.

Responsibilities

The Process Excellence Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing successful Continuous Improvement projects.
  • Providing guidance, expertise and oversight for critical and cross-functional process improvement projects.
  • Defining improvement goals; establishing accountability through metrics; using Lean/Six Sigma tools/techniques to improve processes/business results.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or University in Engineering or related scientific field, Master's Degree preferred, and PMP certification preferred.
