Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our team as a Senior HR Generalist. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and drive HR initiatives across multiple sites, partnering closely with the Plant Manager to ensure seamless operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively executes strategic and tactical actions per corporate vision and goals.
  • Focuses on organizational talent, staff development, career planning, and succession planning.
  • Ensures the company meets legal requirements and government reporting regulations.
  • Assists managers with recruiting, interviewing, screening, and hiring qualified employees to fill vacant positions.
  • Directs new employee orientation and the on-boarding process to foster positive attitudes.
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
