We are seeking an Associate Ecommerce Business Analyst to join our team at Uline. As a key member of our ecommerce team, you will play a critical role in analyzing customer feedback, identifying website issues, and recommending enhancements to improve the user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer comments to identify website issues and recommend enhancements to improve the user experience.
  • Analyze user activity, website metrics, and business trends to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with the User Experience team to develop concepts that address website usability and best practices.
  • Work with the Quality Assurance and Development teams to validate web enhancements.
  • Document and perform weekly reporting tasks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, information systems, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, with experience in SQL a plus.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
