Compensation PackageWe offer a competitive base salary of $180,000 per year, plus incentives that reflect your hard work and dedication.
Job SummaryAs an APP on our Internal Medicine team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting patient assessments and developing plans of care based on current scientific research and standards of practice.
- Providing education and counseling to patients, families, and groups on various health topics.
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree or higher in nursing or physician assistant studies from an accredited program.
- A current Illinois license as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant.
- Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- A minimum of two years of experience as an APP in primary care or a related field.
