As a Behavioral Specialist - Autism Support, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions. Your key responsibilities will include implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting data collection accurately, collaborating with families and clinical staff, and creating a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters growth.

To succeed in this role, you must hold current RBT certification and have strong communication, patience, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
