Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Aquatic Safety Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our students.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Instructing individual students in swim lessons and aquatic safety techniques.">
• Providing exceptional customer service and communication to parents and visitors.">
• Maintaining a clean and safe pool environment for clients, staff, and the general public.">
• Representing the philosophy and values of Swim Savvy.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• ">
• 14 years or older (lifeguarding and swim instruction experience a plus).">
• Knowledge of general safety rules and precautions related to a swimming pool environment.">
• Professional demeanor and appearance when working with clients.">
• Ability to work in a positive way with a wide range of students of varying ages, some of which may be special needs.">
• Appropriate communication skills in dealing with both children and adults.">
• Dependable transportation.">
• Ability to work in and around swimming pools with exposure to chlorinated and chemically treated water.">
