Job Summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for conducting high-volume phone activity to fill open job orders, screening candidates, and utilizing various recruitment resources to source top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct phone screens with candidates to determine their qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Utilize a range of recruitment resources, including job boards, social media, job fairs, and traditional canvassing methods, to fill open positions.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interview notes, and credentials in our recruitment database.
  • Develop and implement creative plans to source hourly consultants and conduct interviews to gather relevant information.
  • Complete and review administrative paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • Interact with internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a customer-centric role, including recruiting.
  • Ability to meet weekly metrics, including a minimum of 50 daily outbound calls and 25 scheduled interviews per week.
  • Ambitious and eager to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Light travel required to attend job fairs.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a team-oriented environment.
