Job Summary:

As a CT Technologist at RWJBarnabas Health, you will play a vital role in providing patient-centered care using diagnostic CT scan equipment. The ideal candidate will be competent in producing high-quality images for physician interpretation and possess excellent communication skills to ensure a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist radiologists with special examinations
Demonstrate proficiency with RIS and PACS systems
Employ professional judgment and discretion while performing imaging procedures
Maintain clean examination rooms and work environments
Perform daily calibration and quality assurance checks
Report equipment problems to the supervisor and enter work orders as necessary

Requirements:

Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology
NJ Radiology license
ARRT Certification
BLS through the American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications:

CT Certification
