Orthopedic Therapist Position in Clackamas, Oregon

Kaiser Permanente is a leader in health care, offering a wide range of services to our members. As an Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will be part of a team that delivers quality treatment programs to patients ranging in age from pediatric to geriatric.
The position requires evaluating the physical status, functional abilities, and age-specific needs of patients to determine their current level of functioning, self-care, self-responsibility, independence, and quality of life. You will develop and implement a treatment plan that involves the patient, family, and social support systems, identifying interventions to reach reasonable goals, coordinating and collaborating on treatment options, advocating to enhance patients' social support systems, facilitating environmental modifications, and creating new support systems.
Key responsibilities include delivering quality treatment programs, completing chart documentation according to established criteria, providing written documentation that is legible, complete, and timely, and maintaining professional competency by attending continuing education applicable to the specific patient population treated.
This job requires a Graduate of accredited program in physical therapy, with a license to practice in Oregon and Washington states within 6 months of hire. The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
