Job Summary
Assist guests with loading and unloading baggage, providing a safe and efficient transportation experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport guests to and from the airport or other requested locations, ensuring safe and timely arrival.
  • Ensure all necessary licenses and driving records are up-to-date and readily available.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring passengers take necessary safety precautions and remain seated during transportation.
  • Report any accidents or vehicle damage to the supervisor immediately.
  • Stay informed about hotel services, facilities, and upcoming events, promoting them to guests as needed.
  • Keep the vehicle interior clean and organized, ensuring a comfortable experience for passengers.
  • Ensure the hotel entrance and drive-up areas are presentable and free from trash and debris.
  • Provide guests with accurate and courteous directions as requested.
  • Perform houseman and security duties, including securing and tagging baggage as needed.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints, ensuring appropriate action is taken and guest satisfaction is maintained.
  • Provide a professional image at all times, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the local area and surrounding streets.
