At SBM Management Services, LP, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleanroom Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment in our cleanroom facilities, adhering to strict safety protocols and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with safety rules, policies, and procedures, and report any deviations or concerns to management.
- Perform assigned tasks as a team player, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Support the shift lead in completing punch-list items and ensuring a smooth operation.
- Wear personal protective equipment, including full-body protective wear, as required.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards customers and colleagues.
- Understand and adhere to reporting systems and the importance of maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Maintain a static-free environment and work in confined spaces as required.
- Fulfill duties during staff shortages and adapt to changing priorities.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 6 months of relevant experience in a GMP/critical space environment or equivalent training, including medical assistant coursework.
- Ability to wear a "Bunny Suit" for extended periods and work in confined spaces.
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds frequently during assigned shifts.
- Effective English communication skills, including written, verbal, and comprehension.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills and general computer proficiency.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Compensation: $16.00-$17.00 per hour.
Shift: Night Shift, 4:00pm-12:30am.
