Key Speech and Language Skills Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our school-based team in Culver City, CA.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per yearThe SLPA will work with students across K-12 grades, supporting a supervising Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in providing speech and language services to students with diverse communication needs.
About the RoleKey Responsibilities:
- Assist the supervising SLP with speech and language screenings, assessments, and treatments.
- Implement IEP goals under the direction of the SLP.
- Monitor and document student progress and performance.
- Support students in developing communication, speech, and language skills across various age groups.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure students receive comprehensive care and support.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related field.
- Valid SLPA license in the state of California (or eligibility to obtain).
- Experience working with K-12 students preferred but not required.
